Since the release of the “Burn Notice” visual, Willis Brook has been
hosting at spots in the city such as Uptown Perks, Phuket Lounge,
Julisa’s Bar & Lounge all in Harlem and at Gasolina’s in The Bronx
promoting the release of the visual and the release of his PMTM2 mixtape.
After “Burn Notice” release, Brook dropped back to back singles “South Bronx Anthem”
produced by 183rd for
the “Streets” & “Intervention” produced by Arsiney for the
“Ladies and all those who can relate”. The two singles are also on his PMTM2 project.
With the two singles moving in different directions, Brook has also
performed at several shows including:
-The Legendary SOBs for the “New Bronx Kings” edition presented by The
Source hosted by Black Ink’s own Puma, with likes of MMG’s Torch,
Oun-P, & Al-Doe.
-Santos Party House with Ninja Sonik & friends hosted by Black Ink’s
own Puma with the likes of Slim Dollars, BIC & Dj Meka (2dopeboyz) on
– Webster Hall as a Featured Artist at IStandard Producer Showcase
with judges Def Jam’s new A&R Coordinator “Polo” & Multi-Platinum
With the release of PMTM2, Brook is shooting visuals for both “South Bronx Anthem” &
“Intervention” which are set to drop fall 2013.
